CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Q: I have my “Account Confirmation Email”. What should I do?

  1. Click the “click here to confirm your account” link
  2. Enter and confirm your password
  3. Login to: Manage Your Profile, Manage Contact Information, Manage TACA Information, Manage Your School Assignment, Manage Your Coaches/Staff

NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Q: I have not received my ‘Account Confirmation Email’. What should I do?

  1. Go to https://taca.finalforms-amp.com/
  2. Click “Login” under the “Members” icon
  3. Login options:

Option 1: I’ve never logged in, what do I do?
        • Click
“Never logged in”

• Enter your email address and click “Send Secure Link”
Option 2: I want to login with my Google Account?
• Click
“Login with Google”
Note: “Login with Google” only works if your TACA account uses that email address.

Option 3: I am not sure if I have an account, can I create one?

• Click “Apply for an account”
Note: If you were a previous TACA member you already have an account, then use the
“Never logged in” option above.

FORGOT PASSWORD?

Q: I know my email, but I forgot my password and need to reset it. What should I do?

  1. Go to https://taca.finalforms-amp.com/
  2. Click LOGIN under the “Members” icon
  3. Click “Forgot Your Password”
  4. Enter your email address and click “Submit”
  5. Check your inbox for a “Forgot Password” email. Follow password reset instructions.

NEW COACH OR SCHOOL?

Q: I’m a new Coach. What should I do?

  1. Go to https://taca.finalforms-amp.com/
  2. Click “Apply for an account”

CONTACT SUPPORT

Q: I’ve tried everything. How do I get help?

  1. Click “Get Help” or click https://taca.finalforms-amp.com/support or email support@finalforms-amp.com

1. MANAGE YOUR PROFILE                                                                (2 minutes)


1a. Edit Your Profile                                                                         

  1. Click your name (upper right corner)
  2. Click the “Edit” button
  1. Review information to ensure it is accurate. If not, modify any field.
  2. Once you have verified/modified information, scroll down and click “Update Profile”.

2. MANAGE FORMS                                                                        (5 minutes)

                                        

2a. Complete the “Contact Information” Form

2b. Complete the “TACA Information” Form                                        

2c. Complete the “Schools/Groups” Form

  1. Review each row of information to ensure it is accurate. If not, click “Change” or “Assign” as needed.
  2. Once you have verified or modified specific information, click “Update”.
  3. Finally, click “Submit”

3. ACCESS MY TACA MEMBERSHIP CARD                                                (1 minute)

  1. Go to https://taca.finalforms-amp.com/
  2. Click “Login” under the “Members” icon
  3. Login
  4. Click “Membership Card”
